We are committed to making the RCMF one of the predominant community foundations in the west, providing individuals who believe in the free-market principles and traditional values of our nation the opportunity to invest in compatible causes that better our communities, our state and the entire western region.

All too often, foundations stray from their original intent, as well as the donors they serve. Through a strong governance structure and strict adherence to well-defined guiding principles, the foundation will serve our community through the values of self reliance, individual freedom, limited government, and compassion for those in need.
